Although the FSU Navigators do have a number of full-time and part-time staff, the ministry is run primarily by students and alumni. At present, there are three major non-staff teams that contribute to the success of the ministry. The Student Leadership Team is in charge of planning, organizing and carrying out events and trips. This would include the weekly Nav Night meeting, After Navs, and the big event for each month. But the purpose of this team goes far beyond logistics. The goal of the SLT is to be a training ground for students as they deepen their walk with Christ.
The purpose of the Worship Team is to glorify God through the exemplary leading of heartfelt, whole bodied, intimate and pure worship. The team leads worship once each month during Nav Night.
